Colostrum
Hello! Due to start attempting for colostrum next week, just wondering if this could be done by a breast pump (on massage mode) aswell as hand expressing xx

I would stick to hand expressing too. It’s thick and sticky like honey, and only comes in small quantities, so you’d lose most of it in the pump parts.
They say to avoid pumps! I'm considering getting the Hakka ladybugs (I think they're called) to help collect it but still using hand expressing
Best to avoid the pump and just stick to hand expressing :)
