Is there anybody in the medical coding field? How do you like your job and what is it like? what’s your opinion? I am taking my CCS-P in July. I took it last January, but unfortunately ran out of time and failed… I wasn’t able to answer over 20 questions… I’ve heard it’s hard to find a job with no experience.

I’m a coder! CCS, RHIT specifically. I do love my job! It’s very busy at times 😅 I work for a local hospital. And my specific job just allowed us to go fully remote and work flex schedule, so it helps me balance everything. I do agree it’s hard to find a job without your credentials, most places are regulated that you have to have some kind of speciality in order to start. But there is a prep group on Facebook that was very helpful!
