The packaging is weird but you have to fluff the stuffing through the pillow evenly (if it doesn’t come already evenly fluffed) or put it in the drier

I just got a cheap $35 one off Amazon and it’s been perfect for me. Make sure it’s memory foam stuffed though if you want more support vs just stuffing. My mom was jealous of mine and got one that was more stuffing than memory foam and it sucks compared to mine 😂

I bought this one and it works well for me with a pillow between my legs. The full body pillows are just too hot for me.
