I would just continue to use sudocrem . That seams to work for my son x

Metanium!x

Metanium worked wonders on my little girl. We were in a very similar situation and it was a life saver

I also reccomend Metanium! Pre-warning, it stains everything it touches, but it cleared my little girls sore bottom up in about 5 days. I switched to cleaning her up with water and cotton wool whilst it was sore and making sure she was patted completely dry before putting the Metanium on and it worked so well x

Have some nappy free time doing skin to skin - we did 30 mins twice per day and it cleared in 24 hours

Breast milk!

Metanium! And use cotton wool and water. Wet wipes (even the water ones) caused my little girl so much pain and rawness

Metanium is great. Sudocream all nappy changes to help prevent rash.

Metanium is great but be careful not to overuse it - I made this mistake and it made my baby’s bum worse! Our fave creams are sudosalve and drapolene with lots of nappy free time when you can x

Also agree with just using water to clean - I bought the cheeky wipes set and it’s a game changer

Weve had the exact same problem which has been ongoing for weeks, had several doctors appointments and been to hospital a couple of times to see pediatrics and demotologists. Our girl now is suspected to have a Cows Milk Protien allergy which was causing the runny explosive poos, they were acidity so that then cause the open sores on her bum. Ive had to cut all dairy from my diet and on two prescription creams! Its hard isnt it😢

Also my girl had a reaction to metanium

Etanium is the absolute best

Metanium is the best nappy rash cream out there! Use the yellow treatment ointment to clear it up then use the white everyday cream to prevent nappy rash in future xx
