Yes! I’m not producing much breast milk yet and I have twins so I’ve been given ok to give both together in a same bottle

I did and read multiple online sources it was fine, but when I mentioned it to my health visitor she said not to 🤷🏼‍♀️

From my understanding yes, but mix the formula (water and powder) before mixing with expressed milk.

Yes. My HV suggested keeping them separate only because baby hasn't learned to latch on and it's good for her to get a taste of breast milk in its own. It makes sense to store them separately as well, as breast milk keeps longer than formula. But we do often top up a formula bottle with expressed milk (after formula feed has been made following instructions)

Yes safe! I would consider trying them separate, because breastmilk is good for 2 hours after starting the bottle but formula only 1 hour, so you might waste breastmilk if it’s mixed and baby doesn’t finish within an hour. It’s also convenient if baby can take both.
