I completely understand! My bd really did a number on me though. We were together 7 years and he put me through so much bullshit, but the trauma bond was strong. I finally got out and I'm so happy and at peace. But I miss being in love. I want to feel something again, but I'm so worried I'll end up in the same situation, so I run at the first tiny red flag
