Midwife’s brew opinion/similar drinks to induce labor

Hey guys, so I was wondering if the midwife’s brew is safe to drink? It has caster oil in it, I’ve seen it’s not safe to drink and has a laxative effect on me and the baby, but have also seen that that’s what the almond butter was for to line the stomach or something idk, but I just wanted to see if anyone had tried it as I’m 37 weeks next week and want this lil baby outttt, just wanna meet her!! Lemme know any other ways to induce your labour too! I’m not a high risk pregnancy and very healthy, as well as baby! ❤️

I wouldn’t have castor oil , it can make baby poo inside which is dangerous , I didn’t take anything like that and my baby ended up doing that. Try a breast pump ! I used that and my contractions started during , I was 40+3 xx

I would only use the following ways of encouraging labour such as sex , walking, nipple stimulation, raspberry leaf tea, birthing ball exercises etc. I wouldn’t dare take caster oil ! Far too many risks ….but I wouldn’t go crazy trying to induce labour. Wait until baby is ready to come.

I did castor oil and it was the worst thing I could have done it really ruined my birth and sped up my contractions

I heard eating spicy food may help too

@Jordana what happened? How did it ruin your birth?
