Elvie Pelvic Floor Trainer
Hello all!
Anyone who is using this one?
It's a little pricey so I would like to make sure it's worth it!
My bladder is a little low since birth so I would need to do some plevic floor exercises...
Pelvic floor specialist will take up to 5 months to be able to see me... :(

I genuinely don’t think it’s worth it. I really recommend getting a mummy mot privately (£90 or so location dependent) where you can be seen sooner. They look at pelvic floor and give you good exercises to do as well as a whole body look over. My Elvie trainer cost more than that and I’ve used it about 3 times!
