FTM questions

How long can expressed breast milk stay at room temperature for? in the fridge for? and in the freezer for? If I make a bottle with expressed breast milk how long can it stay at room temperature for? in the fridge for? When does baby need to drink it by? If putting expressed breast milk into a bottle how much should I be offering baby each feed at a time how many ml? Thanks x

If i remember correctly it’s 4 hours at room temp, 4-8 days in the fridge (mine only lasted 4 days) and 6 months in the freezer. With the expressed milk I would start with 3mls then top up 1/2mls at a time. I don’t know if your nursing too or exclusively pumping but if doing both keep the teat at size 0 to mimic the nipple x

Rule of 6, 6 hours at room temp, 6 days in the fridge and 6 months in the freezer is what I've always been told🥰 x
