Afternoon Nap Refusal
So I’ve been seriously struggling to get my 9 month old to nap in the afternoon. His wake windows are 3-.3.5hours. My husband and I went for a weekend away and all three days he was with his grandparents he went for his afternoon nap. Back to me today and he’s refusing. I don’t know why 😵 he’s just crying and crying. I’m currently sitting in the room with him back facing him and he’s stopped crying and just babbling. How do I get him to nap in the afternoons 😱
My little boy was the exact same for me and it was driving me crazy. I've changed his wake windows to 4/4.5hours and that extra half hour awake really helped! I try to get him to do something that will tire him out about an hour before hand X
