Do you know how many days post ovulation you are?

I had my period on may 8th then spotted on the 3rd turned too brown discharge I thought it was my period but then back to pink spotting to completely stopping on the 6??? Period is 1-2 days late. I’m not sure when I ovulated. Have had a lot of cervical mucus and saliva. ??
