My LG is passing wind and it smells bad, but she isn’t pooing. She is feeding fine and as normal but in agony with belly ache. Tried bicycle legs, winding her etc. any recommendations?
How old is baby girl?
If she’s old enough for food, I’d recommend prunes puree. If she’s not, do lots of tummy time and keep up with the bicycle kicks and lots of massages (you could even massage her bottom!)

Ps the prunes are safe to give at 4 months (I fed my little girl prunes at 3.5 months because she was constipated for a week and she was fine, healthy and safe!)
