Severe lower back pain
So I'm 38+2 and I'm struggling with severe lower back pain towards the right. Nothing is helping, I'm literally in tears just trying to walk. Anyone have any ideas to help ease it? won't be able to get in and out of a bath as I can't bend

@Eleanor Bonny no tens machine unfortunately but found a heated wheat bag which seems to be helping slightly atm hopefully it'll continue working 🤞
Did you go into labour after that?

Maybe a hot water bottle? TENS machine on a lowish mode if you have one? Xx
