Spit up after feeding
I breast feed and bottle feed my daughter. When she breastfeeds she will spit up and colic at night . Is this normal?

If you have a super strong letdown or an oversupply this can happen! Sometimes this is caused by the milk coming out too fast making baby gassy/uncomfortable or if you have an oversupply it might be a foremilk/hindmilk imbalance. If this sounds like this might be the case, try pumping for a little bit before nursing or doing interrupted feeding with more burps!
