@Diana I wasn’t offered it when I gave birth to my first back in 2022 - just offered epidural and nothing else. I was so distracted at the time that it didn’t even occur to me to ask for gas and air and I just got the epidural. I’m now pregnant with my second so was curious whether they offer it.
All hospitals offer it. If you would prefer this as first line pain relief before going for something stronger then write a birth plan with that info and bring it with you and give to the midwife. They may have offered epidural if you looked like you were in a lot of pain and not coping well?
I gave birth there 6 months ago they DEFINITELY do!!! however i might’ve used it all up 🤣
