Driver license help

My partner starts his new job next week and he will have a company truck. However he doesn’t have a license due to his traffic warrants. What is an alternative? How do we get a hardship license asap so he can start? anyone work for a dmv that can squeeze us in😅 and no we don’t have the funds to pay them off right now we are working towards that. any advice please be kind
