How strict are they in Texas?

Okay so I’m 25 weeks and quit completely last week. We’re new to Texas and I’m just nervous af. Will they open a case?? In South Carolina with my first they didn’t say a single thing but idk how they are here

I’m 32 wks and I quit maybe 4 weeks ago and I never even was confronted about THC in my urine from the OBGYN they never asked me anything about it I assume you’re fine unless someone has brought it up to u?
