Help!
My son, 7.5 months has started getting really grumpy. He is not taking his naps no matter how hard I try. He’s teething and I think he’s going through a growth spurt. Is there anything I can do? I work from home for a call center so I really need help figuring this out.

We’ve been using a white noise machine for a while. Maybe I’ll try a different setting though.

You could try using white nose to help him go down. My 8mo has started to refuse his naps and bedtime when the other kids are in the house (I love summer break😅). He does the back bends and all... but I play the 'shhh white noise' video on YouTube with cuddles, I tell him it's OK if he takes a nap and he's out💙
