Swaddle In the summer?
Hi does anyone have any advice on swaddling a newborn in the summer eg types of material, tog, etc . I don’t want her to overheat. Everything Iv seen either says a sleep bag or a cellular blanket but I wanted to swaddle. No worries if I can’t just thought I’d ask

My midwife said she doesn’t recommend swaddling as babies need to move to regulate their temperature. However, the lullaby trust recommend using thin materials such as muslin cloths or a thin cot sheet if you’re still wanting to swaddle xx
I bought some mama cheetah swaddle bags on vinted. Its a light cotton material so she doesn't get warm but she feels secure
