I'm having similar symptoms, you need to increase your water intake, eat more bananas to prevent cramps. I was having cramps in the middle of the night and just doing those two things helped.
Also I got myself a pregnancy belt to help to support the belly because I was having hip pain. You can also talk to your midwife and ask for a physiotherapist referral
