@Natalie I've tried mama bear, Pampers swaddlers which the only issue I had with those was my son kept peeing out of them, Huggies little snugglers, rascal and friends which is my favorite for keeping dry so far but we had a couple blow outs up the back, hello bello, parents choice, terra keeps dry forever but they're way to expensive for us to use full time.
I use Millie moon on my daughter they seem to work pretty good

@Ashley maybe go up a size with the pampers and even rascals and friends? My son is 3 months and in a size 1 for pampers. Not sure what size your son is in.

How often are you changing his diaper?
@Kristina every 2 hours unless he pees a bunch which usually happens after a feeding then I change him.
I cloth diaper and use cheap cut up fleece as a liner. I've never had any diaper rashes issues. It's pretty unconventional, but I bet you could use a liner like that for disposables too?
My baby is almost 4 months old and never had a diaper rash. Even if she’s been in a wet diaper at night it never seems that her skin is actually wet. We use Honest company
I would try Pampers night time diapers they help keep them dry and from blow outs

If he's peeing through a pampers every 2 hours you likely need to size up. My 4mo is almost outgrown a size 3 🤷
@Sarah yeah this was back when he was 2 months old and his diaper was up to his belly button like they suggest. I woke up to him having pee all the way up his side
@Kate I wish good diapers weren't so expensive ☹️
Which brands have you tried? I use Pampers swaddlers for my son and he doesn’t have that issue! I also change him before every bottle even if it’s not super full! The only time he has a super full diaper is in the morning when he wakes up
