Is this normal
So I just got a call from the hospital to tell me my hcg has gone up by 43 and then for the lady to say I don’t think it’s going the right way

It’s supposed to double every 48 hours so it may have gone up but not as much as she would have expected maybe?
It's really dependent on what the first reading is. Do you know what you started at?

Yes hcg is meant to double every 2 days . So if first reading was 140 the next one should have been 280 🥺 so they might have to do another blood test to see if it’s rising or not .
I'm so sorry, it might not be a viable pregnancy. I hope you can speak to your doctor soon for some clear clarification on what's going on.
