Breakup

Anyone else been through a break up whilst pregnant? I’m so run down and upset. I have a 10 year old started again with a new partner. Got pregnant 29 weeks we’re breaking up. I’ll all the time I’m run down. I have gestational diabetes high blood pressure it’s one thing after another all the time. I’m worried I won’t cope alone with a new born. Any success story’s or words of wisdom could really do it. I’m sick of crying
