Seven sea pregnancy..

I just take folic acid and vitamin d Once I’ve got enough food in my stomach I take it and that’s fine x

I took the seven seas pregnancy range had no issues - I had very minimal sickness I heard A LOT of people say the pregnacare ones made them nauseous xx

I also swapped to just folic acid and vitamin d x

I take proceive
