Tightness

Hi, this is my first rodeo, I’m currently 4 weeks 6 days, and I’ve been feeling very tight around my belly and above my belly button is getting quiet stretched, is this normal for so early on? It’s not painful just a bit uncomfortable especially at night, I’m a very petite figure, but feel like I’m showing already which seems mad to me! Anyone else experience this? Or am I overthinking it
