Triage appointment

So I’ve called out of hours triage tonight as I’ve got swollen feet with pitting. My blood pressure was high today I had it checked at work as I work in health care and a trainee colleague was practicing skills so that was just a random check but I noticed it was slightly high. Also have had slightly reduced movements so decided to call. Triage has said they do want to see me but said I can’t go in until 1 am … is this normal to say yes come in but you can’t come for another 4 hours unless your symptoms get worse ?
