Bad cramps
My baby has just turned 1 month and suddenly started getting really bad cramps every time she feeds. Anyone else had this? It's like period cramping but more on the sides

This is normal! It’s called after birth contractions, your uterus is going back into place, these can be triggered while nursing

Yes I am 16 days PP and get this most times I feed my baby! Not sure when it’s meant to stop but mines started moving more to the sides like you said.
