Picture of lump (xiphoid process)

Anyone have this lump at the bottom of your rib cage since giving birth? So weird. It's obviously the xiphoid process part of my rib cage but there's nothing online to say its common to stick out after being pregnant or anything. Doesn't hurt, it's just weird 😅
