Obtaining maternity notes

I’ve seen online that you’re able to request your full maternity notes from the hospital and it’ll have literally every single note from your pregnancy from first midwife appointment right up to all your birth notes. Does anyone know what the contact email would be for this for QA hospital? Thanks ☺️
