Baby Dilation

I’m 4 cm dilated as of yesterday, but I think now I might be more. My body feels like I have to poop ever since I was checked for dilation yesterday, but is that normal? With my first, I was dilated 3cm with inducement but my dr says she thinks I won’t make it to the 22nd, with how fast my birth with my first was. She thinks the 2nd baby will be here by the end of the week. I’m nervous. I’m 38 weeks exactly and I feel like he’ll be here within 48 hours. I’m scared. I’ve never had a natural birth such as a water break naturally. My inducement was easy, but I’m scared for the 2nd birth. No contractions, just feels like I need to constantly poop. I noticed a bloody discharge yesterday so I’m wondering if that was the mucus plug. Please help I’m scared.
