Wake up

What time is your LO going to sleep and waking up? Mine goes to bed at 730-8 feeds twice at night but wakes up multiple times keeps shuffling around wants to be rocked back to sleep or fed and gets up at 6-630. I am struggling to get any sleep. Anyone else in the same boat. I feel so alone :(

8:30-9 to 6:30-7, multiple wakes at night (3-6). I still sleep when baby sleeps including naps. If feasible, I highly recommend it. Chores and hobbies will always take a back seat to sleep.

830-9 to 9am, wakes up maybe once a few times in the week. I'm trying to wake her up earlier in the day, but it's a work in progress. Especially for when she starts daycare in a couple months

@Kati any tips on how you got her sleeping through the night?

I play the radio to drown out the noise and keep her room dark. Other than that, I'm not sure. Oh, and a full belly with some play time after helps most of the time too

My girl sleeps around 9 pm and wakes up around 8-9 am. She sleeps through the night but does move/shuffle during her sleep and that’s the cue for us that she is hungry so we feed her in her sleep (twice during the night) and she goes back to deep sleep.

You are not alone! Mine has recently started sleeping early around 730-8, skipping dinner and waking up to feed mid night. Moreover, I have been sick for a week now and it's exhausting to not get any rest. Mine goes to daycare since March and I think going through teething+ developmental leap all together

Sleeps any time between 9-10 pm. Wakes up between 7-8 am. Sleeps through the night.

Bedtime is usually 8:30 and wakeup is 6:30 on daycare days (I sometimes wake him up, he sometimes wakes on his own). On weekends he sleeps until about 8am. Half of the time he sleeps through the night, half of the time he is up once to eat. I don’t know what the secret is. All babies are different too. I just try to keep him full during the day so that he has the calories to make it through the night. I have a friend whose son was awake multiple times per night until she stopped breastfeeding and offered him an 8oz bottle of cow’s milk morning and night… as soon as he got used to not having the boob for comfort, then he was sleeping through the night

@Dina what’s your secret lol. My LO has never slept through the night.

lol. No secret. I think as they grow older their sleep becomes better. Mine used to wake up 1-2 times up until 10 months. After that she has slept through. I still BF her before she sleeps. Another thing you can do is tire them out during the day lol. Will sleep like a log.

@Dina oh my little one is as active as it gets haha. He doesn’t let me sit for a second but still not a good sleeper :(. Can I ask how many naps your LO takes and when and for how long

2 naps. One at 11 am and another at 3:30 or 4:00 pm. These are 30 mins to an hour nap.
