Starting to get healthy again!

Hi Ladies, I just reached 1 month pp Monday and have begun to work toward being healthy again. Cutting out the soda, being mindful to eat real meals (not just snacks and sugary carbs), upping my water, and exercising. Wish me luck! I have 22 lbs to lose and want to get my stamina back!
