Prenatal Yoga in Town?
Hello! Has anyone tried a prenatal yoga class in town? I see there's one at Enso - I'm wondering if anyone's tried them or had classes they'd recommend?

Down dog has a great prenatal app! I go to regular yoga in town and just modify.
I’ve been meaning to try Enso! Would be down to go together if anyone else has tried it or wants to.
I went to Enso during my pregnancy and loved it. It's a little different than traditional yoga, it's a community type feeling & you talk during the class. The girls there are awesome! They do Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and Saturdays. There is also a prenatal class at cambio yoga on Sundays.
I want to try the one at Cambio on Sundays but nervous about going alone 😬
