@Laney so update is he has URI so I’m freaking terrified Sense it’s linked to SIDS .. I’m trying my best to make him feel comfy they said he’s breathing is fine .. just use saline and he’s bulb to help with congestion. It should go away in a week or two

If you feel your baby needs medical attention always be cautious and just get it checked out. You never have to explain yourself or feel silly for taking him in.
How long has it been going on for? I’d say when in doubt especially when it comes to changes in breathing patterns better safe than sorry but you should monitor and see if it passes. If his pediatrician has an on call nurse I would call and ask try to explain the strange breath patterns to the best of your ability
