Green snot..
Can CMPA cause green snot? My son has had a cough and congestion since birth. Each time he’s checked over the doctors say his chest is clear. The last week his cough has got loads worse and he’s now got green snot coming from his nose. I’m wondering if this could be CMPA or if he’s likely got an infection.

@Charlotte thanks. I’ve just noticed his lymph nodes are swollen so I’m guessing it’s an infection x
Green usually means infection but that's not to say cmpa isn't there also

Doctors said he doesn’t have an infection 🤷♀️🤦🏼♀️
I’m not sure about green snot specifically but CMPA can definitely cause congestion and a cough
