Hello Ladies, I was looking through instagram and came across this book called Plus Sized Pregnancy by Sara Wickham. It was being reviewed by the heavy weight midwife. I've just started to read, and they so advocate for women with high bmi and how having fact based evidence can help you advocate for yourself in your midwife appointment. Can wait to get further into it.
