Hypnobirthing

Hi everyone! Can anyone recommend any hypnobirthing courses in the Preston area or online that aren’t too expensive? I’ve heard some really good things about it to prepare me as a FTM and help to lower my anxiety x thanks so much x

I did the positive birth company one online. It definitely helped & I didn’t think it was too expensive personally. I think no more than £40 from memory x

Look up Pop that mumma on IG she has BirthBox which is really good
