Strange pull in torso

Hi ladies. I gave birth via C-section 5 months ago. Sometimes I feel this weird pull in my torso when I turn over in bed. I’m currently 9 weeks pregnant with my second baby. Does anyone else get this? It lasts for less than a second but it’s so weird.

Could this be scar tissue feeling tight?

I wonder if it's the same feeling I get it kinda feels like rips and tears inside my stomach area not painful but uncomfortable and weird feeling. I'm assuming it's stomach muscles stretching to accommodate bubs I'm almost 20 weeks pregnant with a 6 month old so I think the body's just in abit of shock as well.

@Jade I feel like this may be it! Feels like a tear yes. Doesn’t hurt but catches you off guard.
