I had a fall in my house a few weeks ago at 33 weeks pregnant. Luckily saved my bump from impact but felt strained. I did call my birthing unit out of panic and first time mum. They advised me that I should be okay as I didn’t hit the bump and the straining was due to other parts of me saving it from impact. They advised me to monitor baby movements and any bleeding. If any of that changed, then to call them back. I’ve been all good and had a growth scan today and baby is well. It wouldn’t hurt to give them a call for peace of mind and so that they are aware you’ve had a fall. They will advise you if you need to do anything ☺️

I would your antenatal unit and explain what’s happened they will more than likely ask you to go in to be checked over xx
