So sorry! Sleep regressions do pass! You’ll get through it! But maybe it’s time to drop a nap? Or wake her up from her last nap earlier to have a longer wake window before bed?
@Monica her last wake window is about 3-4 hours. She falls asleep but will wake up 20 mins later and not go back down for awhile and then she’ll wake up at 5am and takes 30 mins to go back down.
Mine wakes up in the middle of the night after being asleep 3-5 hours and takes an hour and half to get him back down. It’s been a month now of this. We do the same, longer wake window but doesn’t always seem to help
@Molly Muldoon I about cried last night because I’ve done everything. I know it’ll soon pass. It doesn’t help that my boyfriend works at 5am and his mom as well so I step out of the room while she cries so he doesn’t wake up.
@Rosemary McMurray is definitely at the end of my rope too! I feel like I’m just breaking down from lack of sleep. I just keep hoping that the regression will end soon! I’m not a fan of the crying it out, but I might have to start trying it out more
I literally googled if I can die of no sleep. I'm so tired sos
I’m in the same boat! I found that making a schedule helps and if you have an Alexa or a hatch machine it makes a huge difference!!! I still struggle sometimes but it has helped a LOT with getting her to sleep and keeping her to sleep for hours
Same here!!! My crazy baby sleeping over night 10pm to 7 pm Then one big nap during day plus 2-3 small naps
Same here! No advice, just riding the wave. She slept through the night for a week straight then started waking up 2-5 times per night. She normally does this right as she’s about to hit a milestone.
I’m going through it as well, i don’t have much advice but when she keeps fighting and crying like she’s in pain i just let her stay up and play with toys till she tires herself out.. then i put her to bed and she’ll sleep for a while 🫠 the 6m regression is way harder than NB
@christine my insomnia has fully kicked back in and it sucks. I ended up asking my parents to take her today so I can catch up on sleep and other things
@A same here! It's been weeks of waking to at 4:30-5:30am. Last night we did cry it out because we've tried everything else. He fell asleep after 20 mins until 7:15 am. It's difficult to hear your baby cry but sometimes for our own sanity we need to do it.
@Phoebe I’ve been letting her know watch Ms Rachel and rocking her softy which seems to help (sometimes)

@A same here! A lot of babies have nap transitions during this time. We did the same and he's been waking up just once a night to eat and waking up for the morning between 6-7am instead of 5
👋🏻👋🏻no advice sadly but Sam boat here!
