Custody filing

When filing for child support do I also need to file for custody or is it all under child support?

Best to file for custody as well. I nearly did, but thankfully haven't taken my ex to court yet. But I know one day he will to me

They’re two separate things so you have to file for both. Child support also depends on custody and whether it’s joint or sole.

If u think he’d put child in harms way do both
