I was in for 3 1/2 days delivery after because I’d had a haemorrhage after the birth, and also had GD

I've been told overnight this time but first time was 3 nights. I think that was more down to us struggling to bf and her needing an extra scan as she has a heart defect

Supposed to be 12 hours but had some "complications" with baby so had to stay for monitering duento suspected infection x

Avatar

24 hours, babies sugar levels were just checked after the first 2 feeds

C section so 3 nights even though they said I could go home after 2 nights

Avatar

48 hours after c section x

Avatar

24hrs as I had gestational diabetes so they needed to check babies sugar levels after birth xx

Avatar

I had gestational diabetes in both pregnancies and had a c section in both- the first an emergency and the second elective. My first son was born at 5:26pm on the Saturday and I was home by lunchtime on the Sunday. I had my second wee boy 3 weeks ago at 5:43pm on the Thursday and they made me stay in the full 24 hours this time so didn’t get out until about 6pm on the Friday evening.

5 days xx

Avatar

My boys sugars were low so he needed to be tube fed x

Avatar

I was in three days but my gd baby was 5 weeks 😭 rare complication though xxx

1 night, 2 days as she wasn’t breathing properly so they needed to do checks to figure out what it was .

Is this normal?

Is this little red bit on my section scar normal? It’s not oozing anything, doesn’t hurt but it’s the only bit on my scar like it so just curious! (19 days PP)
Thank you in advance! 🥰

Help

I was getting pretty painful period cramps and during those, I had painful lower back cramps. I had these on and off for like a few hours so from about 10:30pm to 1am?

I’ve had no show, or anything like that.

Is this braxton hicks or early labour pains?

Anyone else felt like this?

Hi, I’m 4 months postpartum, little one sleeps through the night and is formula fed, the last week I’ve felt extremely tired and very hungry! Just wondered if anyone else has felt this way/experienced this?

Early waters/pre term labour?

I can’t get checked until later today unfortunately. I can’t tell if I’m leaking/starting early. I definitely think I’m having braxton hicks yesterday and today.. i have some pain in my back but she is quite low down so hoping it’s just pressure, baby was a little quieter yesterday but she’s back to more normal movements today, but my underwear just seems to get so wet, especially after going to the bathroom. And I honestly can’t work out the smell, I’m pretty sure it’s just discharge/urine leaking but there’s that worry in my mind a little. Are there any other ways to know/check if it could be the start of it all?
