Biscuit/muffin in milk ladder

Did you make your own for the challenge or did you buy? If you bought, which malt biscuits and muffins did you buy? The store ones have a lot of sugar and I don’t want any sweeteners. Any recommendations please? Thanks

My dietician said if I make my own biscuits or muffins, to use a dairy free recipe and add 1ml of milk so that it’s the same equivalent for shop bought products for that step. My son still reacted to we’ve stopped and started a few times but hopeful that we’ll overcome it eventually. I used a dairy free blueberry muffin recipe and added 1ml of milk into it and used that xx
