Did you make your own for the challenge or did you buy? If you bought, which malt biscuits and muffins did you buy?
The store ones have a lot of sugar and I don’t want any sweeteners.
Any recommendations please?

My dietician said if I make my own biscuits or muffins, to use a dairy free recipe and add 1ml of milk so that it’s the same equivalent for shop bought products for that step. My son still reacted to we’ve stopped and started a few times but hopeful that we’ll overcome it eventually.
I used a dairy free blueberry muffin recipe and added 1ml of milk into it and used that xx
