Rashy bottom
My son has a spotty bottom. He's not wearing nappies during the day anymore and goes in the potty.
He's mostly naked during the day at home due to the heat. It's not itchy. He doesn't scratch at all. I don't know if I should worry.

Hi! My little girl had the same when she got out of nappies. I just applied Sudocream if needed. After e few weeks it has gone. I think it is just because their skin is in more direct contact with their pee.
