Tip toe walking
My 16 months old just started tip walking since couple of days. He dnt do it regularly but does it just randomly few times a day!! Is this normal!! He started walking at 12 months and used to walk normally before, and is hitting all the milestones.

My oldest did this around the same age and she grew out of it. It's always good to check with the pediatrician but sometimes it's just a phase.
Yes! My 18mo has been doing this for a month or so. At his 18m appt yesterday the Dr just said to monitor it. Can be 1 of 3 things.. 1. Completely normal as they realise they can actually do this 2. A tendon growth issue pulling up their heel which may need surgery 3. A neurological issue (sometimes associated with autism) But MOST likely completely normal!
Mine just recently started also! But I noticed its only when he is barefoot. He doesn’t do it often just random times throughout the day
