Tablets with sleeping
Does anyone know what tablets you can get over the counter that make you go sleep instantly im struggling with sleeping i just want my mind to rest I don't want theorpy iv been in out hospital with anxiety extrem but I just want go sleep let my mind rest people say not the answer but I just want go sleep not be wake all night so if anyone can suggest what you can get from pharmacy please let me know

You can get diphenhydramine over the counter at any pharmacy but you need to ask the pharmacist. You do need to be careful as they can become addictive if used too often. I used to have a lot of problems going to sleep but I’ve been using an app called Balance and I found it really helps. When that doesn’t do it, the US army sleep method almost always works for me, but you do need to practice for a few days/weeks.
