I’m in Aus but this showed up in my feed. There are some simple supplements you can take that help your body increase the length of the luteal phase. Vitamin c is one of the easiest ones! There’s a fertility naturopath based in Perth, Australia who has a great little course about exactly this where she offers advice and even dose levels for the supplements that help. Jacqui Lamplugh - you can find her on Instagram. She says it takes roughly three months to work and many of her clients have had success with it. Could be worth a try? I started on the program but then got pregnant in the first month! So I’m not sure if it worked or not to lengthen the luteal phase.
Thank you both for answering! That eases my mind and gives me hope! I’ll definitely look into all the advice and info! This morning I took a pregnancy test. It’s very faint, but praying it’s a positive!
Follow TTC.nutritionist on instagram. She has a lot of helpful info to help lengthen your luteal phase naturally!
@Sarahbeth This is another recommendation I wanted to give! She’s great.
@Stephanie Congratulations on the positive test! Keeping my fingers crossed for you.
@Stephanie How exciting! Congratulations.
Hello! I’m based in the UK but this popped up on my feed. I came off the progesterone only pill to try to conceive and was tracking my ovulation religiously. I was having anywhere between a 2 day to a 7 day luteal phase. Got pregnant naturally after 5 months 💕
