People who park too close to child's side?

I just got back from the store and somebody parked extremely close to the child side of my car to the point where I had to move up a space just to get him in. Luckily the parking lot was fairly open so it was quick but for future reference what do I do? He's still in a carseat & trying to do it from the other side is an extreme sport 😭
