@Rachel thanks Rachel. That was my worry too, especially with baby lying down and sleeping in it 😭 so annoyed at myself! X
I wouldn’t be confident in anyone or any product to remove mould, I’d feel happier with a new pram - I know it’s not always something that can be stretched to easily but worrying about leftover unseen mould spores or a clean slate for baby I think it’s a no brainer personally
I mean obviously the easiest way is to bin it but I’m wondering if the part that has mould is machine washable? I’ll find a link and send it to you (or you in the UK?) for a specialist mould detergent that you can buy. My neighbour specialises in mould removal and it’s the product he suggests for clothing
@Lee no unfortunately it’s not machine washable 😔 Yeah I’m in the UK - thanks x
I'm not sure I would feel confident enough to fully clean all the pores within the material too. But there are companies who specialise in this. They basically make prams look like they've just come out of s shop again. They use certain chemicals and pressure machines etc. By me (chester) it's about £70 for single pram. If I was attempting it myself I would just worry I hadn't got every mould pore and its not safe for babies to breathe in obviously 😁
