Can anyone help me ? Carbs

So I’ve always had such bad cramps after eating which has been particularly bad after having my second baby 11 months ago. GP was the most unhelpful person ever and told me it’s just what happens after having a baby and wasn’t interested when I said I have pcos So after 1 really bad attack where I woke up in severe pain one morning unable to stand from the feeling of my stomach being ripped open (Fyi I don’t have ibs and have no symptoms of it) I decided to go carb free to just see if it helped me at all. In 1 week I only lost 1 kg but I lost 6 inches from my tummy, which I believe was bloating/swelling. I still had a tiny bit of carbs like when I had a pork pie I didn’t take the crust off, but I didn’t have any bread, pasta, spaghetti, potatoes etc Anyway I felt SOO much better literally over night But now when I try and eat any carbs all the pain comes straight back very quickly. I had a muller yoghurt with the chocolate balls an hour ago and my tummy is already aching. I just wondered if anyone else has experienced something like this? I know you can be intolerant to carbs, but I wondered if this could just be a pcos thing?

I have pcos and having carbs makes me very fatigued and bloated. If I eat too much especially salty food I do get cramps and have been sick. But balls from yoghurt shouldn’t have such a strong reaction. I’d go back to the dr.
